📢 SC Ready and EOC Testing Information
Dear parents and guardians,
SC Ready and EOC testing is quickly approaching! Please take note of the following testing dates:
SC READY - Middle School Students
✏️ May 4th - ELA Writing
📖 May 6th - ELA Reading
➗ May 12th - Math
🔬 May 15th - Science
End of Course (EOC) Exams - High School Students
✏️ April 30th - English 2 Writing
📖 May 7th - English 2 Reading
📜 May 11th - US History
➗ May 15th - Algebra
Test Day Reminders:
⏰ It is very important that students are present and on time each day of testing. Please avoid scheduling appointments during these dates.
😴 Students get a good night’s sleep and eat a good breakfast!
📵 Personal electronic devices (phones, watches, earbuds, headphones, smart glasses, iPads/tablets, personal laptops, etc) are not allowed. It is best to leave these devices at home.
💻 Middle school parents - we will be collecting student devices and chargers next week in preparation for SC Ready Testing . Middle school devices and chargers will remain at school for the reminder of the school year. We kindly ask for your support in making sure that students bring their school-issued device and charger. We thank you for your continued support and partnership!
Attention Seniors and Senior Parents:
Graduation is quickly approaching, and there is still a great opportunity for students to complete and submit applications for local scholarships. Please review the flyer below for upcoming deadlines.
If you need assistance or guidance with any applications, be sure to connect with Mrs. Dingle, Career Specialist, or Mrs. Fanning, School Counselor.
We are excited to celebrate our seniors next month as they are awarded scholarships and step into new opportunities for their future.

Attention SBMHS Students,
Show your creativity by designing a bookmark to celebrate National Library Week!
The contest themes are : "inspire readers" OR "I 💙 my library".
You may submit as many designs as you would like. All designs must be submitted by April 30, 2026.
Grab a bookmark template from the library and get creative with your design.
Designs will be judged by grade levels. Winning designs will be printed and made available in the media center during the month of May. Please see Ms. Davis for more information.

The SAT test will be administered to 11th grade students who signed up tomorrow, Tuesday, April 14th.
