MHS Marching Pride Band Receives Excellent Rating
Marching Pride Band marches to excellence
Manning — October 2, 2023 — The Manning High School Golden Pride Marching Band recently traveled to Dorchester, SC, to participate in the 2023 Woodlands High School Low Country Battle of the Bands and performed in class 2A. They received an overall Excellent rating amongst other accolades, which included:
Best Horn Line
1st Place Drum Majors in class 2A
2nd Place Drum Line in class 2A
“Our students are performing well this season. It is such a rewarding experience to see the growth each week,” stated Jordan Jefferson, MHS Director of Bands and Choral Studies.
