There are Biology and US History EOC review sessions this week as scheduled below. Students in these classes are encouraged to attend.
Biology - Tuesday and Wednesday
US History - Wednesday
The afterschool bus runs at 4:30 on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for students who stay for after school tutoring, make-up work, or EOC review sessions. Teachers stay at least one day a week afterschool to provide help. Students need to check with their teachers to see what day they stay.
Mrs. Anna Floyd's Anatomy and Physiology classes are in the midst of dissections - starfish and crayfish.
Mrs. Anna Floyd's Biology 1 class is working in rotation stations in task cards for protein synthesis and model drawing for each process. Students collaborated on genetic patterns of inheritance.

The students in Mrs. Krystina Timmons' class created Vision Boards with Google Drawings. They typed an explanatory paragraph about their goals and dreams for the future. Students posted these in our SeeSaw class. This is a digital portfolio of students’ work.

Mrs. Cindy’s GT students researched brain safety, concussions, and the evolution of football helmets. Students then designed and created helmets with different shock absorbing materials to protect an egg (the brain) from at least a 1 foot drop.
High school PE classes are taking advantage of the good weather and having class outside and being active!
