Ms. Deon Jones' English III Honors class did dramatic presentations of selected chapters of The Scarlet Letter by Nathaniel Hawthorne to enhance their study of the text, as they come to the end of the unit, "The Individual and Society." Subsequently, they will use the text to support their claims in their upcoming argumentative essay assignment.

Come out and support our varsity football team as they travel to Central High School in Pageland, South Carolina. Game time is 7:30 PM. Admission is $10 and a clear bag policy is strictly enforced. Congratulations to Mrs. Charlotte Driggers' on being selected as a Bright Ideas Grant recipient from Santee Electric Cooperative!!

Today in Yearbook, Mrs. Brianna’s class created a timeline of their lives that included a “high moment”, a “low moment”, and a “Significant event”. They wrote these down and placed them in order and shared aloud. This activity builds community and helps with interviewing skills and active listening.
