Matteo, Minka and Deputy Scott Danback of Clarendon County came to visit during the rainstorm this morning. No matter what the situation, they make such a difference in the lives of others. Matteo and Minka's instincts toward others are impeccable. The joy they give is making a positive difference and that is all matters at the end of the day. They interact with people all over Clarendon County. Matteo and Minka are always ready and willing to meet new friends and make someone’s day.

On this beautiful day, students and their special guests shared smiles, stories, and, of course, some delicious grits. It was a heartwarming way to honor the important role our grandfriends play in our students' lives. 💛

Our fourth-grade students had the highest average of all three grade levels on the last common assessment! More specifically, Mrs. Gibbons homeroom had the most students score 100%, so they were rewarded with a popsicle party!!
