MES is going to have our first-ever book character parade!! Please help your student find a costume that fits a book character. Wear that costume and bring the book on 10/31. Parents, we are also asking for candy donations to hand out to our students that day!

Connie Campbell from Take Action SC came to visit our fifth graders today. She presented science information with vital topics such as recycling, landfills, man's impact on the Earth, ecosystems, habitats, littering, and composting. The students even had a hands-on opportunity to decide if items should be reduced, reused or recycled!
