Congratulations to Ms. Caroline Mack for being chosen as our CCSD District Teacher of The Year 2024 - 2025 presented to her by Dr. Sam Whack and Dr. Tyrone Cummings.
🎒✨ Today was an exciting first day back to school!✨🎒
There's a lot of "new" on the first day of school. New teachers, new friends, new shoes, new notebooks, and sometimes, a new school. We are thrilled to see the smiling faces and the eagerness to learn!
Here's to a fantastic school year ahead filled with growth, learning, and new adventures. Let's make this year the best one yet!
Welcome back, everyone! 🎉📚✏️

E-Learning Days
August 6th - 8th 2024
🚨 Important Announcement from Clarendon County School District 🚨
Out of an abundance of caution due to the threat of Hurricane Debby, CCSD will operate on the following schedule beginning Tuesday, August 6th:
📅 Tuesday, August 6 - Thursday, August 8, 2024:
- e-Learning Days at Home: Students should use their devices to complete class assignments in Google Classroom to be marked present for the day. 🔗 https://5il.co/1zp0k
- After-school and Athletic Activities: Canceled from Tuesday, August 6 - Thursday, August 8, 2024.
CCSD strives to prioritize the safety of our staff, students, and their families while ensuring that learning continues at home.
⛈️ Substantial rainfall is expected to have the largest impact on the area, making student transportation unsafe. We will continue working closely with Clarendon County Emergency Services to make the best decisions for everyone's safety.
🔄 Stay Updated: Further updates regarding school operations will be communicated through our usual channels, including email, social media, and our website once the situation from the storm has been assessed.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. For any questions or concerns, please contact your student’s school office.
Stay safe, everyone! 🌧️🌪️

Welcome Back to Eagle Nation for the 2024-25 School Year!
🚍✨ Attention, Clarendon County Community! ✨🚍 With school starting next week, Mr. John Hilton, our CCSD Director of Transportation, wants to ensure the safety of all students. Please take a moment to refresh your memory on when to stop for a school bus: 🛑 Two-Lane Road: Drivers traveling in BOTH directions must stop for a school bus with its red lights flashing, even if there is a paved, raised, or grassy median. 🛑 Four or More Lanes: Only drivers traveling in the same direction as the bus must stop. Traffic on the opposite side should proceed with caution. Let's do everything we can to ensure a safe school year! 🚸📚 #CCSDTransportation #SchoolBusSafety #BackToSchool #SafeSchoolYear
