Subject: Important Dates for State Testing
Dear Parents and Community Members,
As we enter the state testing season, we want to inform you of the important dates and preparations your child will need for the upcoming assessments. Below are the key dates to remember:
Testing Period: State testing will take place from April 30th to May 13th.
Please ensure that your child is present and well-prepared for each testing session.
Test Preparation: Encourage your child to get adequate rest, eat a healthy breakfast, and arrive at school on time during the testing period. Additionally, review any study materials provided by your child's teacher to help them feel confident and prepared.
Support from Home: Your support and encouragement play a crucial role in your child's success during state testing. Please continue to provide a positive and motivating environment at home to help alleviate any testing-related stress.
Results Notification: You will receive notification of your child's test results once they become available. These results provide valuable insights into your child's academic progress and areas for growth.
Thank you for your partnership in supporting your child's education and success during the state testing period. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to your child's school administration or teachers.
Sincerely,
Tyrone Cummings
