Mentoring and Literacy Training
The SC Department of Education’s Office of Student and Community Engagement is offering a free community-focused training on Mentorship and Literacy Tutoring. Participants experience a John Maxwell i-Lead Transformation Table, hear from two organizations that successfully mentor students in SC, and learn about literacy tutoring from two SCDE literacy specialists.

Please join WGE teachers and staff members for Literacy Night on Thursday, February 26th from 5:30 PM until 6:30 PM.

WGE celebrates School Resource Officer Day today, Friday, February 13th. We are so thankful for all that SRO Freddie Huth does to keep our school campus safe.
