Mrs. Kelsey & Mrs. Brenda’s PreK class celebrated “Let Your Light Shine Day” today! Students learned about the importance of kindness, positivity, and sharing their unique gifts with others. We are proud of the bright light they bring to our school community each day. 💡 💛☀️

Friday, September 26th is an early dismissal day. Students will be dismissed at 11:00 AM.

Ms. Kat’s class has been learning about farmers the last couple of weeks and how produce makes its way to a farmer’s market. Today, they brought their learning to life with a field trip to the Pee Dee State Farmer’s Market! 🚜

Are you tired of waiting in lengthy pick-up lines? Here is your chance to skip the line from October 13th until December 19th. Fundraiser tickets will be sold for $10 each and the drawing will be held on October 6th. Your student will bring a flyer home today!

Mrs. Cindy's 3rd grade Gifted and Talented students constructed a toothpick house that could hold at least 20g of mass and withstand wind from a fan. To deepen their understanding with real-world application, they discussed what builders should consider when constructing a house in an area prone to hurricanes or tornadoes. 🌀 🌪️ 🏠
