Online registration opens on June 3rd for all returning students. Please make sure that you have your Parent Portal login and/or Snap Code.
🗣Registration for returning and new students both online and at our school sites opens on July 15th. Please make sure you have the proper documents.
🗣The registration process is not completed until the PowerSchool Department approves.
🗣 All Out-of-District students must have a letter of release from their home District for the 2024-2025 school year, unless grandfathered into CCSD.
❓If you have any questions, please contact the guidance counselor at your student's school site.
Students will be dismissed early at 11:00 AM on Thursday, May 23rd and Friday, May 24th. Friday is also the last day of school for students.

📣We are excited to announce the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the new Walker Gamble Elementary School on Friday, May 17th at 9 am. 🎉
Please refer to the flyer below for information about field day concessions. We will be collecting concession money prior to field day to prevent money from being lost. Students will receive a wristband to indicate how many items they have purchased. All items (snow cones, popcorn, cotton candy) will cost $1 each.

Kindergarten graduation pictures will be taken on Tuesday, May 14th at 8:00 AM. If you would like to purchase pictures, please send the order form and cash only back to school by Tuesday morning. An order form will be sent home with students today. Pictures will only be taken if a student is purchasing pictures.
Please review the WGE Water Day [Wednesday, May 15th] flyer below. All students must wear shorts and t-shirts with no buttons or zippers. Please send a change of clothes and a towel with your child. Slip-on, water proof shoes are encouraged (Crocs, water shoes, flipflops, etc.)
Third through fifth grade students will complete the math SC Ready test tomorrow. Fourth grade students will complete the science SC Ready assessment on Wednesday, May 8th. Please be sure students are at school and on time.
