Mrs. Carey’s class took part in a problem solving challenge during their CTE classes. Students had to work together to design an aluminum boat that would stay afloat while holding as many pennies as possible.









Mrs. Hope’s 7th grade classes practiced adding and subtracting integers by playing integer Bingo!

A great first week in Mr. Jody’s class. 8th is starting to talk about static electricity. What a better way to introduce it with messing up hair.






After a week of learning about map basics, Coach Carter’s 7th grade World Geography class practiced their knowledge of latitude & longitude by playing a game of Battleship.

Yesterday, Mrs. Brianna’s English 3 class students thought critically about Native American culture & the contrast between them & the European Colonists. They rotated stations to discuss different elements of Native American culture & spiritual beliefs. Today, they will read a Native American creation story & analyze common themes.
