After reading “Walden” by Henry David Thoreau, students in Mrs. Brianna’s English 3 took a note and went outside to read.
Research shows that reading for only 6 minutes can reduce stress levels by up to 68 percent! After reading, students completed a reflection on their stress levels in their journals. 🍃🍂🍁🪴📚📖
