📚Resources and tools are an essential aspect of teaching and learning. Our Law Enforcement students will receive the best training that simulates real-life situations in the criminal justice field with tools such as their new Stop, Don't Shoot Simulator.

Our Health Science students had the opportunity to visit the McLeod Health Immersive Clinical Exploration (ICE) Lab and had a fantastic time!
🗣About the ICE Lab
High-fidelity simulator manikins are available to students at regional high schools and clinicians at McLeod Health thanks to an innovative grant obtained by Florence County School Districts 2 and 5. The ICE Lab is also made possible through generations donations to the McLeod Health Foundation.
Students engaged in experiential learning by participating in a birthing simulation with simulator Victoria and a sudden cardiac arrest of a high school athlete with simulator Hal. High fidelity simulation creates a live patient scenario by promoting realism and instant feedback for the care being given. The ultimate goal of healthcare simulation is to improve clinical practice, patient safety and clinician confidence.
