We are elated to welcome experienced welder Mr. Cartez Cooper as our new Welding Instructor! He brings a wealth of industry knowledge across all areas of welding, including pipe welding, and his expertise is already making an impact in our lab.
Even more exciting, Mr. Cooper was trained and certified at Central Carolina Technical College, which further strengthens our partnership and expands opportunities for our students through dual enrollment in welding. 🎓🤝
His first week was nothing short of AMAZING! 🤩 He has already built strong relationships with our students and is accelerating their learning as they prepare for industry certifications and workforce success.

Today in our Law Enforcement program, students stepped into the role of crime scene investigators as they practiced fingerprinting techniques 🕵🏽♂️.
Using everyday classroom items, students learned how to properly dust, lift, and preserve prints while applying the same detailed procedures used in real-world investigations. Experiences like this build precision, patience, and professionalism as they continue preparing for careers in public safety.
