🎉Career Day Fun! District students from the Education and Training Program at FEDCC recently participated in Career Day Events at Dr. Rose H. Wilder Elementary School. ✨ Our students shared their academic insights and hands-on experiences, including demonstrations with the Real Care Babies 🍼, to give younger students a glimpse into the exciting world of their program. They’ve earned their American Welding Society (AWS) Certification while on site! But that’s not all…😁 👨🏽‍🏭 We’re thrilled to announce that 10 FEDCC students earned their AWS Certification right here in our very own welding lab! This marks the first year our students have had the chance to achieve this high-level industry certification—on top of already earning OSHA-10 and NCCER credentials! With the guidance of their dedicated instructors, students were able to apply classroom knowledge to real-life medical simulations making for an unforgettable experience that deepened their skills and confidence.
